“This resort had several well maintained pools, an outdoor area, and a hot tub that we enjoyed. They also offered free transportation to downtown Charleston. The decor and furnishings were very nice. They also have an above average self serve coffee bar.
The only negative thing I can say is that our “inland view” was a view of an unsightly, uncovered work/storage area with a bunch of junk sitting out. ”

“Sets the bar for pet friendly hotel. We’ve come here a few times now and the new renovations have really made it excellent. Breakfast is phenomenal for what it is. Great location to beach and plaza. Will come back every year.
Only negative I would say is gym equipment is lacking a little. Still has enough for a workout, but could use some pull up bars/ cable machines/ elliptical etc ”

“Small enough to feel comfortable and safe. Very friendly staff, from the desk to the room cleaners. Shower was nice-walk-in. Bedding was good but mattress was a bit lumpy. Not terrible by any means. The surroundings good and lots to see and do. Good food within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again! ”

“The only good things that my family enjoys was the live band on the outside bar and the karaoke night at the lobby bar, far of the room experience it was terrible, mildew on the shower, poor ventilation, room carpet had a strong smell of mildew, I request a room change but nothing was available.”
