“The picture in rhe room had "something" on it, and the cleaning person did not replace my towels. She moved my washcloth in the shower, which made me then not use that one. Thankfully I travel with them. And while she did change my garbage, she left the full bag on the table. Also, didn't remake the bed. Last week's stay was much better. “Tru hotel was the most beautiful place to stay. I absolutely loved all the bright colors. The interarea designer is truly gifted. Tur by Hilton made me happy. The carpet color lovely. the furniture in the lobby and the way of the arrangement so lovely. My room was clean and inviting. My only complaints were that the mini refrigerator did not cool. and the fact that I had to leave the room and travel downstairs to use the microwave because there was no microwave in my room.
